    Sale Items : Orders over US$250 free shipping.

    Full Price Items : Orders over US$350 free shipping.

      Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. Please note that we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.

       

      TRACK YOUR ORDER

      Once your items have been processed (this can take 5-7 business days), you will be sent a shipping reference for your records.

      Shipping period may be longer than usual during busy period. E.g. Christmas, New Year, etc.

       

      RETURN POLICY

      You may return or exchange items purchased online within 7 days of receiving them, the cost of shipping a return is the responsibility of the customer.

      • All returns must include an original copy of the receipt; 
      • All refund will be issued via Paypal;
      • The product should be unworn, new condition, tag attached with original packaging; 
      • Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
      • Original shipping costs will be deducted once we proceed refund for a return package;
      • PLEASE NOTE THAT SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
